Healing is not out of reach
A trauma-informed toolkit for regulating, reconnecting, and connecting back to you again
A short course to give you tools to be more trauma informed in daily life.
I created this mini-course from years of daily interactions with clients and real-life
observations of how we relate to one another.
What I’ve noticed is simple: most of us wish others knew a few basic things that would
make communication and connection safer, softer, and more supportive.
This course is designed to help you bring more ease, presence, and clarity into your
everyday life — starting with your connection to yourself, and naturally flowing into
your relationships with others.
When you enroll, you’ll receive:
A video lesson (available in both English and Farsi)
A downloadable workbook with reflections and practices you can return to anytime
Course Outline:
What is trauma, really?
Who might be impacted by trauma?
Why being trauma-informed matters in daily life
5 practical tools to create safety, deepen connection, and live more grounded
This is for anyone who wants to:
Feel calmer and more grounded in daily life
Improve communication and relationships
Learn simple trauma-informed practices that create lasting change
A short course to give you tools to be more trauma informed in daily life.
My great passion is to show the possibility of healing people.
I guide clients to find a healthy connection to themselves and have compassion,
so they can know themselves as peaceful, whole and safe.
I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual.
For this reason, I have integrated everything I have learnt into a holistic psychosomatic
approach to the treatment of trauma.
I am a licensed Counsellor, Psychedelic Assisted Therapist, Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner,
and Certified Breathwork Facilitator from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, multicultural therapy, body image, boundaries,
sexuality and female wellness.
